The successful post-holder will be responsible for the admissions and enrolment of our full-time, undergraduate degree programme, Bachelor in Management (BSc). Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the agreed admissions strategy is implemented effectively and efficiently against strategic objectives and ambitious targets.
An independent self-starter, the Admissions Executive will exhibit a high degree of professionalism when representing ESCP Business School, as well as high accuracy and strong attention to detail when handling student applications, student records, sensitive data, and analytics. This role requires a strong, demonstrable ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines, as well as frequent communication with staff, faculty, and stakeholders across all campuses and levels.
The post-holder will work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Recruitment in the Bachelor in Management (BSc) team as well as counterparts across different campuses and business units. Building positive relationships and collaborating with team members are crucial. The Admissions Executive will actively participate at the European level with the Global Marketing and Recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of the School's objectives.
This is a varied and demanding role that requires a good understanding of business and management education, excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, as well as knowledge of global education systems and higher education markets (ex. UK, US, France).

Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Admissions and Applications Processing
- Maintain efficient processing of admissions materials (including applications and supporting documents) submitted as part of the applications process in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen applications, grade profiles and sort applications in accordance with the prescribed entry guidelines for the programme.
- Correspond with applicants by phone, email, video call or any other means regarding missing materials, admissions status, answering enquiries, and confirming interviews/enrolment.
- Process received applications when they are officially submitted via the online application system and other university applications platforms (ex. UCAS, The Common App).
- Create and maintain accurate records of student profiles, admissions scores, supporting documents, admissions statuses, and outcomes on the School's online application system and across shared spreadsheets.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with applicants from the completed application to the matriculation stage (enrolment).
- Support successful candidates requiring UK student visas by working closely with the UK Visa Office team.
- Process scholarship applications and provide recommendations to the Scholarships team (Merit Scholarships).
- Ensuring all London starters submit final documents (diplomas and English certificates) when starting their programme at enrolment.
- Liaising and Communications
- Communicate with prospects and applicants regarding admissions processes, policies and entry criteria.
- Liaise with candidates, faculty and professional services colleagues to coordinate interviews.
- Work with admissions counterparts in different business units to manage the interview rubric, interviewer availability questionnaire, feedback forms, etc.
- Coordinate interview sessions effectively and ensure that admissions results are inputted to online systems and admissions files.
- Assist with the onboarding of new interviewers, including faculty, alumni and professional services staff.
- Attend monthly video conferences with the Global Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team across all recruiting campuses to share updates and discuss initiatives.
- Marketing and Recruitment Functions
- Organise campus tours for prospects and future students, utilising Student Ambassadors, when requested.
- Assist with logistics and operations of group information sessions, Open Days, Induction Days, and other recruitment fairs/events, etc.
- Support Marketing and Recruitment team members, when required, during peak periods, with occasional outreach activities (ex. attending fairs, visiting high schools) around the UK and possibly abroad.
- Implement admissions strategies, including developing the communications plan and implementing clear, concise and effective campaigns with the support of the Senior Manager of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions.
- Facilitate webinars throughout the admissions cycle to support recruitment, conversion and retention of Bachelor in Management (BSc) applicants.
- Support other thematic webinars on an ad-hoc basis with Recruitment and Marketing colleagues.
- Support the planning and delivery of the Annual Scholarship Contest, Parents and Guardian Meeting, and Open Days (virtual and on-campus).
- Support in the recruitment, onboarding and management of Student Ambassadors for marketing, recruitment and admissions events and tasks.
- Reporting and Benchmarking
- Collect admissions statistics throughout the admissions cycle using admissions software and other appropriate sources.
- Report to senior admissions members (Senior Manager, Academic Director, Director of Studies) on admissions-related matters, and provide recommendations to improve the process.
- Ensure that statistical data/reports on applicants, school systems, demographics, etc. are produced on time.
- Contribute to the annual strategy session and annual intake review with support from the Senior Manager of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions.
- Maintain weekly statistics and regular reporting as requested for the Senior Manager of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of interviewer timesheets and other admissions-related expenses that contribute to the overall programme budget.
- Conduct and gather survey data post-admissions and post-events and present findings to colleagues for continued improvement to the student application journey.
- Assist with reports and data extraction across teams and departments as needed.
- Exercise a high level of caution and sensitivity when handling data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, as outlined in the School guidelines.
