Lead Storyboard Artist F/M

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Storyboard Lead to oversee the visual storytelling process and help the supervisor to guide a team of storyboard artists in transforming scripts into compelling visual sequences. The ideal candidate is an experienced storyteller with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cinematic language, and the ability to translate complex narratives into clear and engaging storyboard panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor & the director, writers, and other department leads to establish the visual tone and storytelling style.

• Interpret scripts and develop storyboards that reflect narrative structure, pacing, and character performance.

• Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to a team of storyboard artists to ensure consistency and quality across the project.

• Manage deadlines and workflows to keep the storyboard team on track with production schedules.

• Identify and solve visual storytelling issues in collaboration with other departments.

• Maintain continuity, character consistency, and visual clarity in all storyboard sequences.
