The Administrative & Quality Coordinator supports office administration and quality operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Quality & Food Safety
- Support the Quality Department and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS β BRCGS).
- Monitor HACCP / CCP checks, internal audits, and traceability exercises.
- Manage non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate quality induction training for staff.
- Communicate daily with Operations on quality issues and improvements.
- Monitor fridge/freezer temperatures and report food safety concerns.
- Support daily office administration and maintain accurate records.
- Handle calls, correspondence, data entry, and filing.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support the sales team (retail market) with administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and basic financial data entry.
- Ensure office supplies and an organized work environment.
- Follow health, safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Contribute to a safe, hygienic, and compliant workplace.
- Report hazards, incidents, or non-compliance to management.
