Motor Trade Used Car Buyer required for a company based in Yorkshire

Salary: £30,000 with OTE £50,000

We are seeking an experienced Used Car Buyer / Group Buyer to join our client\’s prestige vehicle sales team in Yorkshire. The role involves purchasing vehicles for retail, managing trade vehicle disposals, overseeing stock control, and working closely with the General Sales Manager to plan stock levels effectively. The goal is to ensure the business operates efficiently, maintains high standards of compliance and professionalism, and maximizes profitability.

Candidates must have automotive buying experience and in-depth knowledge of the prestige vehicle market, including experience with buying channels such as auctions.

The role offers support for remote working; however, we prefer candidates who can be office-based 2-3 days a week, especially in the initial months, and who reside within a reasonable commute of North Yorkshire.
