Role: Sales Controller Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Hours: 5 days per week including weekends, with 2 days off during the week (shifts between 10am-8pm Mon-Fri // 10am-7pm Saturday // 10am-5pm Sunday) Pay: Basic £30,000. Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £60,000 but potential for more If you don\’t mind working the weekends but taking time off during the week, putting the graft in to build rapport with customers and really qualify their needs and requirements, there\’s massive potential for you here! The site has stock regularly replenished so there are options for all types of car-buyers, and there is a high footfall so plenty of sales opportunities and leads provided. The Role: – Leading the Car Sales team to hit & exceed sales targets; – Support the Sales team through deals, including second-facing and closing techniques; – Maintaining compliance across financial processes and documents; – Monitoring deal performance, identifying opportunities to grow; – Creating a high-energy, high-performance culture; – Stepping in for site management when required. The Requirements: – A background in Car Sales, preferably high-volume and used car sales; – Full UK driving licence; – Management experience within an Automotive sales environment; – Professional and approachable; – FCA Accredited, or willingness to train.
