Managing a team of approximately 26 in total across workshop, service, warranty and parts, this would suit someone with exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities: * Manage the Service Desk; * Coach and supervise the Aftersales team, ensuring targets are met; * Regularly review, update and implement processes to improve efficiency; * Resolve customer complaints and any internal Service issues; * Staff management including appraisals; * Generate and present progress reports to the senior leadership team; * Promote a positive work ethos within the team including good housekeeping. Requirements: * Excellent organisational skills; * Excellent communication skills; * Able to demonstrate previous success in management of a Motor Trade Service / Aftersales team; * Ability to juggle a busy workload and also monitor the workload of the team; * 100% customer-focused; * Smartly presented; * Strong IT skills; * Target driven – keen to exceed customer expectations, company expectations and your own personal targets; * Ability to adapt and implement change where necessary.
