Our client, a leading supplier of luxury and high-performance vehicles and an independent specialist operating in the Prestige retail market is seeking a dynamic and driven General Sales Manager to lead their high-performing team and drive business success. This is a pivotal leadership role where you\βll oversee daily operations, coach and motivate the sales team, manage stock and purchasing, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
* Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, providing coaching and support.
* Oversee stock control, purchasing, and vehicle preparation.
* Drive performance through data, reporting, and management information.
* Represent the company at promotional events and maintain high standards across all customer-facing areas.
* Collaborate with the sister company to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and employment standards.
