As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.

About the Role
Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Mental Health Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Romsey Avenue, Nuneaton. The role is part of an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity – and that\’s why equity is one of our core values.
Shift Details
30 hours over 4 days – rota basis. Shifts are 8 hours and include sleep‑ins from 11 pm to 7 am. Shifts will include some weekend, bank holiday, morning, afternoon and evening work. Romsey Avenue is a residential service for adults with SMI with day staff and sleep‑in shifts 7 days per week. Our 13‑bedded service is based in the Midlands and supports adults with SMI. It is a residential service with staff 24 hours including staff sleep over.
