The Talent Assistant supports the execution of ASOS's talent and creator activity across campaigns, always-on social, Brand Heat, VIP, gifting, product seeding, shoots, events and cultural moments. This role provides the operational backbone that helps talent activity run smoothly. It supports outreach, coordination, product requests, logistics, reporting and administration, while helping the team stay close to emerging creators, fashion trends and platform behaviour.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of talent and creator activity across campaigns, always-on content, Brand Heat, VIP, gifting and social-first activations.
  • Assist with creator and talent research, outreach, onboarding, scheduling, briefs and campaign fulfilment.
  • Help coordinate creators, influencers, stylists, VIPs and talent across shoots, events, launches, social content and product moments.
  • Support the team in identifying emerging creators, platform trends and culturally relevant opportunities for ASOS.

Gifting, Product Seeding and Logistics

  • Support gifting and product seeding across influencers, creators, stylists, VIPs, editors and key industry contacts.
  • Help manage product selection, sample requests, shipping, delivery tracking, returns and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate gifting trackers, product records and recipient databases.
  • Ensure gifting and seeding activity reflects ASOS's styling authority, brand direction and cultural relevance.

Campaign and Shoot Coordination

  • Assist with talent coordination across campaign shoots, elevated social shoots, events, activations and content production.
  • Support the preparation of talent briefs, schedules, call sheets, product pulls, contracts, usage documentation, POs and invoices.
  • Help coordinate talent requirements with Social, Brand Heat, PR, Creative, Casting, Production and Paid teams.
  • Provide on-set, showroom or event support where required, ensuring talent and partners have a positive ASOS experience.

Reporting, Tracking and Administration

  • Monitor and track talent and creator activity across social and campaign channels.
  • Support reporting across reach, engagement, organic posts, tags, content delivery, brand visibility and campaign support.
  • Maintain talent databases, campaign trackers, contact lists, status documents and reporting materials.
  • Support competitor research, social listening and trend monitoring to identify high-performing creators and content formats.

Cross-functional Ways of Working

  • Work closely with the Talent team, Social, Brand Heat, PR, Paid, Creative and Brand Marketing teams to support smooth delivery.
  • Ensure actions, deadlines and approvals are clearly tracked and followed up.
  • Represent ASOS professionally in day-to-day communication with creators, talent, agents, stylists and external partners.
  • Help maintain consistency in how ASOS presents itself across all talent and creator touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • A highly organised and proactive team player with a genuine passion for talent, creators, fashion and social media.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging creator platforms.
  • Good awareness of fashion, entertainment, pop culture, digital trends and creator communities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong administration skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines at pace.
  • Comfortable working with trackers, documents, briefs, schedules, invoices and reporting materials.
  • Positive, collaborative and eager to learn, with a strong interest in how brands show up through talent and culture.
