The Reward Partner plays a pivotal role within our People Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Reward & HR Operations Director in the delivery of high profile strategic ASOS Reward initiatives, taking the lead on the overall Compensation framework and implementation of ASOS's Reward philosophy across the business.
  • Design and implement reward frameworks.
  • Manage and contribute to the design of new remuneration strategies, programs and practices for the company.
  • Manage annual and cyclical compensation review processes for all ASOS employees.
  • Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson methodologies.
  • Partner with the business in benchmarking roles and formulate salary recommendations.
  • Support and shadow the Senior Reward Analyst in project design and delivery.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
  • Project manage and improve reward processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Subject matter expert in non‑executive compensation practices and techniques across fixed pay and variable pay.
  • Strong commercial, numerical, analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage commercial information and data.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
  • Advanced Excel, HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • UK payroll and HR / Reward business partnering knowledge is a plus.
  • Exposure to HRIS (Workday desirable).
  • Ability to project manage and improve processes.
  • Team player who works for the success of the wider team.
  • Natural discretion and comfort working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Operational as well as strategic mindset with financial and business acumen.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritising accordingly.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborates effectively in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to rapid change.
  • Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to build relationships.
