This role supports the day-to-day delivery of the ASOS brand across campaigns, always-on activity and key brand moments. Sitting across the wider brand team, it helps ensure that work is well organised, clearly communicated and executed to a high standard. It plays a critical role in connecting teams, maintaining momentum and ensuring the brand shows up consistently across channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns and always-on brand activity
- Help coordinate timelines, deliverables and approvals across teams
- Ensure assets are correctly tracked, stored and shared
- Act as a central point of support across Brand Marketing, Social, Creative and Media
- Help keep teams aligned on priorities, deadlines and key milestones
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly team updates
- Assist in briefing and coordinating content across channels (social, site, campaigns)
- Ensure brand consistency across outputs in line with guidelines
- Support the rollout of assets across channels
- Maintain project trackers, timelines and status updates
- Support ways of working that improve efficiency and clarity
- Help ensure all activity follows agreed processes and governance
- Support the organisation and maintenance of brand assets and guidelines
- Ensure teams are working from the latest versions of assets and frameworks
- Help uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist in compiling campaign and social performance reports
- Support tracking of key brand and campaign metrics
- Help surface learnings and insights for future activity
- Support communication with internal teams and external partners
- Help coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups
