As a Nurse within Alternative futures group, you’ll work with like-minded colleagues who share our 5 main organisational values, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care for our patients. You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing support for our patients, You will be a team player, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multi-disciplined team
You’ll be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative to make effective decisions to improve care quality
You will be confident in your ability to lead teams and develop support staff to achieve their individual performance outcomes
Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential
You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week
About your experience
You will need to hold a current NMC Registered Nurse qualification (active PIN number) and ideally have experience of working with service users along a pathway to promote their independence.
Knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage. However, updated training will be given., Disability Confident

As well as working within a great team and within a great culture, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from £16.83 – £20.58 per hour dependent upon experience as well as an annual holiday allowance of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hours –
£32,909 per annum (£16.83 per hour) – As a preceptorship nurse
£35,353 per annum (£18.08 per hour) – At the end of your preceptorship or for those with up to 2 years post-preceptorship experience
£40,241 per annum (£20.58 per hour) – For individuals with 2 years or more post-qualification experience
