About the Program

Wepply is launching a hands-on, 5-week virtual internship program designed specifically for early-career professionals who want real experience, not another course or certificate.

Interns work together in cross-functional teams to build and launch a real AI-powered tool that will go live on the Wepply platform. You won’t be shadowing. You’ll be doing real, meaningful work alongside Product Managers, Developers, Designers, Analysts, and Marketers — exactly how modern tech teams operate.

This internship is ideal for people who have learned the basics but lack the real-world experience employers demand.

Open Internship Roles

You can apply for ONE of the following roles:

1. Product Management Intern

• Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization
• Create user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct user research & competitive analysis
• Work directly with designers and engineers during sprints

2. UX/UI Design Intern

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens
• Build prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with PMs and developers to create seamless experiences
• Conduct usability tests and iterate on feedback

3. Data Analytics Intern

• Clean and analyze real product data
• Build dashboards and visualizations
• Translate insights into product and business recommendations
• Work with PMs and marketers to inform decisions

4. Marketing & Growth Intern

• Create and test real marketing campaigns
• Work on content, social media, growth experiments, and user research
• Analyze performance data and improve messaging
• Support product launch strategy and go-to-market execution

5. Software Development Intern (Frontend, Backend or Full-Stack)

• Build product features with the engineering team
• Contribute to the codebase and participate in code reviews
• Implement APIs, UI components, or integrations
• Ship features that go live to real users
