  • Work with the Creative, Production and Strategy teams to understand briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.
  • Manage production timelines and budgets, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt quickly under pressure.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams and clients.
  • Build strong relationships with crew, creatives, and stakeholders across projects.
  • Maintain documentation and production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience producing shoots or campaigns, ideally in sports, entertainment, or live events.

  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Practical, adaptable, and calm when things change.
  • Experience working on location, internationally, and in varied conditions.
  • Experience in studio sets, lighting and equipment for fast paced talent/brand shoots.
  • Comfortable managing logistics, crews, and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings during live events.
  • A love of sport, travel, and big ideas is a must.
  • Previous experience in agency or broadcast production a strong bonus.
  • Experience working with all Adobe creative cloud software’s would be a nice to have.
  • A keen eye for social trends, brand activity and a keen desire to push creative boundaries.
