The Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Creative Producer to join our creative production team. Working with one of our biggest global clients and our new business team, you’ll help deliver outstanding campaigns at some of the world’s most exciting sporting events. You’ll be at the heart of shoot planning and delivery, working alongside creatives, clients, and talent to bring stories to life in a small yet thriving production department.
- Plan and produce content shoots for major global campaigns and activations in the sport and lifestyle space.
- Own the logistics in booking crew, travel, accommodation, permits, schedules, and equipment.
- Lead on-site production, supporting creatives and talent to ensure smooth, successful shoots.
- Work with the Creative, Production and Strategy teams to understand briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.
- Manage production timelines and budgets, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within scope.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt quickly under pressure.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams and clients.
- Build strong relationships with crew, creatives, and stakeholders across projects.
- Maintain documentation and production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
About You
- 5+ years of experience producing shoots or campaigns, ideally in sports, entertainment, or live events.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality content under pressure, on tight timelines.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A strong network of production talent from a black book developed over the years.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Practical, adaptable, and calm when things change.
- Experience working on location, internationally, and in varied conditions.
- Experience in studio sets, lighting and equipment for fast paced talent/brand shoots.
- Comfortable managing logistics, crews, and budgets across multiple projects.
- Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings during live events.
- A love of sport, travel, and big ideas is a must.
- Previous experience in agency or broadcast production a strong bonus.
- Experience working with all Adobe creative cloud software’s would be a nice to have.
- A keen eye for social trends, brand activity and a keen desire to push creative boundaries.
