Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times, to provide an environment to achieve zero accidents.
  • Adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Safe systems of work, PPE, near miss reporting.
  • Adherence to quality procedures.
  • Member of a cross‑functional team and rotate tasks to maintain skills and strengthen team.
  • Trained to drive B1 and B2 counterbalance trucks with various attachments which may include 4‑way pallet handler and jumbo reel clamps.
  • Responsible for the efficient and safe handling of goods within the warehouse.
  • Trained on all aspects of supply chain – Finished Goods, Jumbo Reels and Raw Materials.
  • Receiving, storing, checking goods, distributing items and shipping goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean workspace.
  • Scanning all stock to maintain stock accuracy and integrity in the warehouse.
  • JDE is operated as per training.
  • To ensure accurate stock levels are maintained for cost purposes, to ensure customer orders can be delivered OTIF and the production plan can be met.
  • Control stock movements during any JDE outages.
  • Effective communication from shift‑to‑shift.
  • Carry out further training when requested. This could be physical training or online training.

  • Willing to take on new training and train/coach other operators.
