Lead day‑to‑day line operations to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and performance targets (SQCDP).

  • Drive continuous improvement using manufacturing excellence tools and a defect‑free, cost‑focused mindset.
  • Track losses, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Coach and motivate operational teams, supporting their skills development and engagement.
  • Ensure strong communication standards and effective shift handovers.
  • Maintain and improve housekeeping and operating practices on the shop floor.
  • Act as a key link between production, maintenance, technology, product development, and support functions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and strategic suppliers.
  • Spend at least 70% of time on the shop floor, leading by example.
  • Become an expert in one transversal operational tool and support other leaders in its use.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer, Team Leader, or similar operational role.
  • Experience managing or coaching teams is desirable.
  • Strong track record in driving performance improvements through Continuous Improvement methods.
  • Solid technical and process understanding with a hands‑on leadership style.
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills and a passion for motivating teams.
  • Comfortable leading change and championing best practice in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
