WEPA UK is seeking a driven and hands-on Process Engineer to support our Converting operation. This role will focus on improving manufacturing performance, optimising processes, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Analyse production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Develop and maintain process centrelines and operational standards.

Lead root cause investigations and support sustainable corrective actions.

Manage production trials, material validation and process changes.

Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Purchasing teams to improve plant performance
About You

Engineering or manufacturing qualification, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, paper or converting environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma methodologies.

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and engage others.
