The Machine Operator in paper manufacturing is responsible for operating and monitoring paper production machinery to ensure efficient output and consistent product quality. This role involves handling raw materials, maintaining equipment, and following strict safety and quality standards.
Shift pattern: Monday β Wednesday, 7:00 PM β 7:00 AM (night shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate paper converting machinery
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure quality and efficiency
- Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specification
- Follow all health & safety and operational procedures
- Support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards
- Previous experience in paper converting, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
