WEPA Group is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing line. You will operate production equipment, follow health and safety policies, ensure quality procedures, and support changesovers with a proactive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with production machinery, strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and a positive, proactive work ethic to meet daily targets and OTIF commitments.
