My Education / WEP UK is an established international education organisation working with schools across the UK to place international students for short-term and semester programmes. We are growing fast and are looking for an energetic, confident Sales & Partnerships Manager to help expand our school network and recruit host families.
The Role
- Build and develop partnerships with UK high schools and local authorities to place international students
- Leverage your existing network within schools and education stakeholders
- Pitch, negotiate, and secure school participation in our international programmes
- Recruit, promote, and convert host families to accommodate international students
- Design and execute local marketing and advertising strategies to attract host families
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, follow-up, and conversion
- Represent the company professionally with schools, families, and partners
About You
- You are a natural people person who enjoys being out in the field, building trust, and closing deals.
- You’ll likely have proven sales experience, ideally within education, recruitment, or partnerships
- Strong knowledge of UK high schools and/or local authorities
- Confidence presenting to schools, parents, and community groups
- Experience generating leads and converting them through marketing or direct outreach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A driven, self-motivated mindset with a commercial edge
- A professional, outgoing, and organised approach
