Role Objectives:
The WEP, Project Manager I, Clinical Nursing, is responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing decentralised clinical trial nursing and/or other clinical research projects.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the setup, execution, and close-out of decentralised clinical trial nursing projects, ensuring full compliance.
- Provide accountability for the day-to-day operations of the project as defined by the contract and according to applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain operational project plans, including detailed timelines and visit projections.
- Serve as primary contact with the Client for operational project-specific deliverables and concerns.
- Provide cross-functional oversight of the internal decentralised clinical trial nursing project team members and deliverables, including site management, data management, project-specific training, shipment coordination, and other project-specific requirements.
- Engage all decentralised clinical trial nursing project stakeholders to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage risk.
- Proactively anticipate and identify potential issues, implement effective solutions, and propose corrective actions in relevant areas of the role.
- Organise and maintain shared project-level documents within internal filing systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Set up, maintain, and close out the applicable document storage systems.
- Set up, maintain, and close out the clinical trial management systems.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external teleconferences and meetings.
- Manage vendor deliverables and quality, review vendor invoices.
- Develop and lead project-specific nurse training and essential document templates.
- Lead tracking and reporting of project activities and expenses to support project billing.
- Escalate to a line manager or the appropriate referring clinician/PI any incidents, SAE/AES, PVS.
- Provide protocol-related training to site staff.
- Oversee the budget and scope of work for decentralised clinical trial nursing projects, and review invoices for accuracy.
- Review invoices and track payments.
- Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to initiate and conduct both organisational-level and program-related investigations, CAPAs, and audits.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree (In a health or science field preferred), or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise.
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management, clinical research, or clinical monitoring, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise; previous DCT experience preferred.
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff to coordinate and execute DCT activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Working knowledge of current ICH GCP guidelines.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
