Role Objectives:
The Third-Party Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, documentation, and monitoring of third parties (i.e. suppliers and third-party contractors/vendors) supporting the company's GxP activities. This includes qualification, ongoing performance monitoring, and compliance oversight of third parties involved in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, clinical operations, nursing and related support services. The role ensures that all third parties operate in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards, enabling the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of WEP Clinical services (e.g. across Expanded Access Programs, Clinical Trial management and supply, and nursing operations).

What You'll Do:
- Manage the qualification and requalification of suppliers and vendors, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
- Maintain and update Approved Supplier and Vendor Lists in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate third-party risk assessments, questionnaires, and due diligence checks.
- Monitor supplier performance through metrics and periodic reviews, escalating issues when needed.
- Support and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) related to third-party findings.
- Help plan and coordinate internal and external audits, including liaising with vendors and auditors.
- Review and maintain audit records, ensuring timely follow-up on findings.
- Contribute to inspection readiness activities and act as a Subject Matter Expert when required.
- Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure third-party compliance supports business needs.
- Drive improvements in third-party management processes and provide quality metrics to support business decisions.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or engineering)
- 2–5 years' experience in a Quality role within a regulated (GxP) environment
- Hands-on experience in vendor/supplier management
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and relevant national regulations
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
