Wren Healthcare is a private healthcare organisation led by nurses and inspired by patients. Our working environment is inclusive, dynamic, practical, and kind. Due to the expansion of our Clinical Skills Academy, we are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in clinical teaching to a high standard.

The role will require autonomy and the ability to facilitate training independently. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality clinical skills training to healthcare professionals across a variety of settings, including, but not limited to, hospitals, nursing homes, and residential homes, and to all levels of clinical staff.

  • Delivering nurse-led, face-to-face and virtual clinical skills training.
  • Playing a key role in delivering NHS education contracts and in-house clinical skills training.

Although you will be working independently in a field-based role, you will remain very much part of our wider nursing education team and enjoy regular contact with managers and colleagues. You will also enjoy a host of career development opportunities.

This role entails significant travel nationwide to cover our external customer needs, so you must have a Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle. We will conduct an enhanced DBS check if successful.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must be Registered Nurses with experience delivering clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals and hold a teaching or mentorship qualification.
