Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (weekend work may be required)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Internal Plumber to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to ad-hoc reactive callouts across our estate of 108 sites and our central processing unit (CPU).
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems across all sites
- Attend and resolve reactive and emergency plumbing callouts
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Liaise with site teams, the Facilities Manager, and Operations Director as required
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a plumber is essential
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Experience working across multiple sites is desirable
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence preferred
