Location: The role is based within our Bakery at The Wenzel's Head Office, Sunley House Olds Approach, Watford, WD18 9TB.

Pay & Hours: For our Bread Baker roles we offer a competitive pay of £12-£14 per hour depending on experience and working 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday - Sunday. Hours are between 06:00am - 15:00pm.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • As one of our bread bakers, you will be making handmade and high-quality artisan breads.
  • Previous experience in bread production is required.
  • Experience in preparing and baking a broad range of bread, buns and rolls to the Company's highest standards of quality.
  • Knowledge and previous experience as a bread baker, including:
    • Knowledge of breads and artisan bread baking.
    • Dough making.
    • Oven work.
    • Experience preferred with working with bakery machinery e.g. bread moulder, roll machinery and doughnut fryers.
    • Previous hand moulding experience would be an advantage.
