Wenzel’s the Bakers Team Member / Sales Assistant (Full Time)
We are looking for exciting new talent with a passion for food and customer service to join our team.
This role is a Sales Assistant / Team Member position in one of our retail shops.

- Pay & Hours
Compensation starts at £12.21 per hour (under 18 £10.00 per hour, 18‑21 £11.75 per hour).
The working week is 39 hours, Monday to Sunday.
We are open to discussing flexible working hours where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service – handling all customers’ needs, taking orders, cash handling, and till operation.
- Producing fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with food safety and hygiene standards (training provided).
- Assisting with day‑to‑day shop running.
