Hours: 45 hours per week - (5 days out of 7 on a rota management basis, Monday–Sunday)
What will your key responsibilities include?
As an Area Manager for Wenzel's, you will be the heart and soul of your Area. We require an energetic and inspiring leader to join our expanding organisation. The role itself is a real hands-on position and we expect the following tasks to be exceeded:
- Responsibility for multiple sites including food hygiene standards, customer service standards and improving the shops performance and KPI's - This will include sales, wastage %, Wage ratio, staff retention and average spend.
- Training and development of staff.
- Stock inventory management.
- Developing your store management team within your area to deliver exceptional customer service and create an inviting atmosphere to their store.
What skills do you require for this role?
- You must hold a full, valid UK driving licence
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Store Manager or Area Manager role
- Previous experience with food safety legislation, with the latest food safety regulations. (Preferred, not essential)
- Well organised with exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communicator.
- Ability to work under pressure.
