Wenzel's was established in 1975 and has since become a favourite for locals in the North-West and Greater London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Hampshire and Surrey. We believe in delivering quality products at affordable prices and outstanding customer service. We currently have over 100 shops and are expanding the brand by opening more of our retail shops. We are looking for exciting new talent with a passion for food and customer service to join our team. There is now an exciting opportunity to come and join the team as one of our Sales Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service - handling all our customers' needs, including taking their order, cash handling and the till operation.
- Producing fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with our food safety / health and safety standards (food safety and hygiene training is provided).
- Assisting with the day to day running of the shop (No previous training is necessary as full training is provided).
- Someone who is confident and enthusiastic, with a great work ethic and a positive attitude showing great customer service skills.
- Someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently as part of a team.
Benefits and Pay & Hours
- Competitive pay of £12.21 per hour (under 18 - £10.00 per hour, between 18-21 £11.75 per hour) to start, and a working week is 20 hours, Monday to Sunday. Flexible working hours may be discussed where possible to accommodate your needs.
