Role Overview

  • Type: Onsite, Part-Time (Saturdays)

The role is central to the smooth running of weekend operations, providing administrative support across Head Office, Bakery, and Retail divisions. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications while ensuring efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service and store queries
  • Manage business communications, including answering calls and emails
  • Relay accurate messages to relevant departments and individuals
  • Support internal teams and coordinate with external IT support
  • Maintain the upkeep of kitchen and communal areas
  • Dispatch stationery, uniforms, and other store requests
  • Monitor web orders and ensure processing by the bakery team
  • Implement and maintain office procedures
