Wenzel’s is looking for a Team Member/ Sales Assistant to join our store in Southampton. We offer a supportive environment with training and opportunities for development.

Wenzel’s was established in 1975 and operates over 100 shops. We deliver quality products with outstanding customer service and are expanding our retail presence. We are looking for new talent with a passion for food and customer service to join our team.

Pay & Hours
Team Member/ Sales Assistant roles offer a competitive rate of ÂŁ12.21 per hour (under 18 ÂŁ10.00; 18-21 ÂŁ11.75). Working week is 30 hours, Monday to Sunday. Flexible hours can be discussed where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: handle customer needs, take orders, cash handling and till operation
- Produce fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food items in line with food safety standards (training provided)
- Assist with day-to-day shop operations

- No previous training necessary; full training provided
- Confident, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
