Wenzel’s the Bakers in Poole is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead a busy team and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high food hygiene and store standards.

You will be responsible for daily operations, assisting the Shop Manager and driving sales across a 39-hour week.

We offer a competitive package including a £13.00 per hour rate, pension, 28 days holiday, birthday day off and training opportunities to progress within the company.
