Pay & Hours
We offer a competitive pay of £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience and a working week is 42 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
About You
As a Senior Shop Manager for Wenzel's, you will be the spine and structure of your store, and you will be someone with a minimum of 2 years food-to-go/retail experience, able to motivate and lead a team and be an excellent communicator. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of the store to maximize sales and minimize costs whilst reaching your KPI targets.

As a Shop Manager you will be responsible for
- Successfully managing and controlling your own shop.
- Training and development of team members to a high level in your own store and local stores when needed.
- Recruitment - Interviewing and hiring for your own store but also for local stores in your division when needed.
- Being the point of contact for local shops when their shop manager is on holiday.
- Food production quality.
- Exceeding shop performance and KPIs - This will include sales, wastage %, wage ratio, staff retention and average spend.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming for customers.
- Monitoring Food safety standards.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service.
