Location: Wenzel's Headquarters (WD18 9TB) - Willing to travel to other Wenzel’s sites as needed

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to own and elevate our social and digital presence. Supporting the Marketing Manager, you will act as the voice of the brand across all platforms, creating engaging, trend-led content, building our community, and driving real business impact. This is a fast-paced, content-first role for someone who lives and breathes social media, is confident behind the camera, and thrives on taking full ownership from idea through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Ownership
  • Manage and grow all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Plan and deliver a consistent, high-quality content calendar
  • Take full control of content from idea generation to post scheduling
  • Spot trends, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities quickly
  • Continuously optimise performance using insights, analytics, and competitor awareness
  • Content Creation (End-to-End)
  • Create engaging, platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, etc.)
  • Lead in-house product and lifestyle shoots (photo)
