Pay & Hours

We offer a competitive pay of ÂŁ38,000 to ÂŁ42,000 for the Area Manager role, depending on experience.

About The Role

As an Area Manager for Wenzel\’s you will be the heart and soul of your Area. We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring leader to join our growing team. The role itself is a real hands on position, responsible for multiple sites.

  • Responsibilities include food hygiene standards, customer service and improving the shops performance and through key performance measures
  • Developing the store management team within your area to deliver exceptional service and create an inviting atmosphere for our customers
  • Training and development of the team
  • Stock inventory management

What skills do you require for this role?

  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Minimum of 4 year\’s experience in a Store Manager or Area Manager role
  • Previous experience with food safety legislation with the latest food safety regulations. (Preferred, not essential)
  • Well organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure
