We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation aswell as managing our day to day operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends. Proficiency in software tools, particularly CRM software, will be essential for managing client interactions and tracking sales performance., * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
