Overview:
Our client are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for work on a large Conversion project.
Duties:
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including reports on progress and any changes made.
Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among all site personnel.
Utilise Civil 3D software for site planning and design as needed.
Implement time management strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency on-site.
Must Have:
