We are seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator to work night shifts in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Adige tube laser cutting machinery to produce precise metal components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate tube laser cutting machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Load raw materials such as sheet metal and tubes onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and safety measures.
- Monitor machine operation throughout the shift, adjusting settings as necessary to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished components for quality, ensuring they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Utilise hand tools and tooling to assist with material handling, assembly, or minor adjustments as required.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation.
Requirements:
