We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team for ongoing projects in Tewkesbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of groundworks duties including, but not limited to, digging, drainage, paving, concreting, and kerbing.
- Preparation of sites, ensuring the correct setting out of groundworks.
- Operate hand tools and small plant machinery (where qualified).
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures on all sites.
- Work closely with the site supervisor and other team members to complete tasks on time.
- Assist with other general labouring duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker.
- Valid in date tickets are a must.
- Ability to read and understand site plans and drawings.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction.
