Job Title: Groundworker Location: Tewkesbury Salary: £18 per hour Job Type: Full-time (5 Year Contract) Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team for ongoing projects in Tewkesbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on site. (5 Year Contract!) Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of groundworks duties including, but not limited to, digging, drainage, paving, concreting, and kerbing. Preparation of sites, ensuring the correct setting out of groundworks. Operate hand tools and small plant machinery (where qualified). Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures on all sites. Work closely with the site supervisor and other team members to complete tasks on time. Assist with other general labouring duties as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Groundworker. Valid in date tickets are a must. Ability to read and understand site plans and drawings. Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction. Good physical fitness for the demands of the job. Strong team-working skills and communication ability. Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential). Benefits: Competitive rate of £18 per hour. Opportunity for overtime and weekend work at enhanced rates.
