The successful candidate will be responsible for operating flatbed laser cutting machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed laser cutting machines with precision, ensuring accurate and efficient production of parts.
- Set up and calibrate equipment prior to each shift, adhering to technical specifications.
- Monitor machine operation throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specified standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of materials and safety gear.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using appropriate lifting techniques or machinery.
- Drive company vehicles for delivery or transportation purposes when required, demonstrating commercial driving skills.
