Job Title: 360 Excavator Operator (5 Year Contract) Location: Tewkesbury Salary: £20 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Contract Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled 360 Excavator Operator to join our team for a range of ongoing projects in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will have experience operating 360-degree excavators and be confident working in various site conditions. (5 Year Contract!) Key Responsibilities: Operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently, adhering to all site rules and regulations. Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and other related groundworks. Load and unload materials using the excavator. Carry out routine maintenance and daily checks of the machine to ensure it is in proper working order. Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations on-site. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with project specifications. Follow all health and safety procedures on-site. Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS card for 360 Excavator (essential). Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction sites. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
