Property Services Coordinator

Wentworth Club is one of the world’s finest private members Golf and Country Clubs, famous for its outstanding three Championship golf courses, in addition to a luxury Tennis & Health Club. The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

We're looking to recruit a Property Services Coordinator to organise and manage the day-to-day administration of the Health, Safety & Facilities departments at Wentworth Club Ltd and any owned properties.

Managing the effective and efficient passing of information between departments, ensuring that you are always up to speed with the works in progress, and can manage the necessary paperwork without delay.

To take responsibility of all Health & Safety aspects of the Club, working closely with departments heads to ensure all compliance tasks are completed, up to date and audit ready.

Key areas of activity:

• Take ownership of tracking Health & Safety and Facilities budgets and presenting updates to the Head of Property Services.
• Create and distribute all memos and cost analysis forms for approval once 3 or more quotes have been obtained.
• Lead the Health & Safety department with support from the Head of Property Services.
• Overseeing and managing stock control within the Health & Safety and Facilities department.
• Source and purchase all parts required for Facilities logged jobs.
• Complete all PO’s for Health, Safety and Facilities.
• Mange the PTW process across all departments to ensure you are aware of all contractors on site at all times.
• Run the Health & Safety committee and hold meetings every quarter at a minimum ensuring all meetings are minuted.
• Carry out investigations in to all first aid and incident reports that come in and presnt findings to the Head of Property Services.
• Investigate and document all near miss incidents.
• Carry out regular safety inspections of the entire business and carry out required remedials.
• Work with the Facilities Manager to mange the Facilities helpdesk.
• Complete all daily tasks in addition to any ad-hoc tasks set by your superior.
• Take responsibility for the security of keys and swipe cards whilst working your shift.
