The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

Junior Graphic Designer (Freelance – Approx. 3 Days per Week)

Contract: Freelance | Approximately 3 days per week We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to support our RIUK Marketing team across Wentworth Club, VOSS, GEC and other Reignwood UK projects as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer looking to develop their skills while working across a portfolio of premium brands.

You'll gain experience producing a wide variety of creative assets for both print and digital channels, working alongside an experienced marketing team.

Key Responsibilities Design and produce a range of print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, menus, invitations, signage, event materials, social media assets and email graphics.

Support the maintenance of existing brand identities, ensuring all work aligns with established luxury brand guidelines.

Prepare artwork for production, creating print-ready files and assisting with supplier liaison where required.

Support marketing campaigns through creative concepts, layouts and asset creation.

Produce presentation materials and internal communications.

Assist with image retouching, mock-ups and AI-supported creative workflows where appropriate.

Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver projects across multiple brands, often to tight deadlines.

Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.

About You You are a creative, organised and motivated designer with a passion for producing high-quality work.

You are eager to learn, take feedback positively and develop your skills within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Skills & Experience A degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.

An understanding of preparing artwork for print and digital applications.

An appreciation of brand consistency and working within established brand guidelines.

Knowledge of social media and digital content creation.

An interest in AI-supported creative tools and workflows would be advantageous.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
