We’re working with a fast-growing international business operating across embedded protection, connected devices and partner-led distribution. The company specialises in building and managing large-scale protection and assistance programmes across telecoms, retail and consumer technology ecosystems, partnering with major brands, distributors and insurers across Europe.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to hire a Head of Connected Device Partnerships to lead strategic growth across the telecoms and device space. The role is highly commercial and relationship-led, focused on identifying, developing and expanding partnerships across:
- mobile operators and MVNOs
- retailers and e-commerce platforms
- OEMs and device ecosystems
- insurers and capacity partners
- TPAs and operational partners
This is not a pure account management role. The business needs someone comfortable opening doors, building commercial strategy and driving complex partnership discussions from origination through to launch and long-term growth. You’d likely be:
- leading enterprise partnership conversations
- developing embedded and affinity-style propositions
- identifying new routes to market
- managing complex stakeholder groups internally and externally
- helping shape commercially viable protection products and programmes
- working closely with operational and insurer partners to ensure scalable delivery
The ideal background is probably someone who understands connected device ecosystems and how protection products are distributed operationally at scale. That could come from:
- telecoms affinity
- embedded insurance
- device protection / warranty
- digital distribution
- partner-led consumer services
- assistance or subscription ecosystems
The environment is fast-paced, commercial and growth-oriented, with strong visibility internally and genuine opportunity to shape future partnership strategy. Strong role for someone who enjoys building, influencing and operating close to revenue generation.
