Wenham Carter is supporting the build-out of a specialist ESG advisory capability within a global organisation. This is a senior, strategic hire focused on developing and leading human rights and supply chain due diligence advisory services, complementing an existing strength in environmental and climate capabilities.

The Role

  • Lead delivery of human rights due diligence and responsible sourcing advisory engagements
  • Act as a senior client-facing lead, representing the organisation externally
  • Shape and scale the advisory offering across the “Social” pillar of ESG
  • Oversee team, outputs, and quality of work
  • Partner closely with senior leadership as a strategic right hand
