Wenham Carter is supporting a leading Hospitality SaaS and Payments provider to hire a Field Sales Manager for Scotland. This role consists of managing a team of 6 FTE focused on bringing onboard new SMB to mid-market hospitality vendors to their SaaS and Payments platform. The role will be remote with expectations to support the team which is across Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Role requirements:
- Hands on coaching to develop the teams customer first sales approach
- Grow the market share in Scotland through a 360 outbound approach
- Data driven approach to driving performance. Utilizing forecasting, conversion rates and other data-points within the CRM (Salesforce)
- Work cross-functionally with other functional leaders and internal teams
- Located in Scotland
Ideal experience:
- Experience leading, coaching and growing an outbound sales team
- Experience with high velocity sales cycles (ideally field sales)
- SaaS sales background (with hospitality or restaurant experience a plus)
