Wenham Carter is supporting the build-out of a specialist ESG advisory capability within a global organisation. This is a senior, strategic hire focused on developing and leading human rights and supply chain due diligence advisory services, complementing an existing strength in environmental and climate capabilities.
The Role
- Lead delivery of human rights due diligence and responsible sourcing advisory engagements
- Act as a senior client-facing lead, representing the organisation externally
- Shape and scale the advisory offering across the “Social” pillar of ESG
- Oversee team, outputs, and quality of work
- Partner closely with senior leadership as a strategic right hand

- 12–15+ years’ experience in sustainability, with a focus on human rights and supply chain
- Strong background in consulting, advisory, or legal environments
