We are searching for a Customer Success Executive in the UK who will
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key financial institutions
- Guide clients across their full journey - from onboarding through long term adoption and satisfaction
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product to drive strategic growth and retention
- Influence product direction by bringing customer feedback into the roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, derivatives, forex, investment, trading, stocks
- Experience managing banks as customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
