The company: A start-up in the Insurtech space entering scale mode. Over 150% revenue growth in 2024 and 30% headcount growth, including expansion into the European market. This is a tech driven organisation with a dynamic working culture. They are headquartered in central London and looking for 3 days a week in the office.
The role: As they enter into this new phase of growth and maturity, the COO and CEO are looking to hire their first VP Ops. This role would oversee the existing ops team as well as having dotted line cross functional reporting to technical ops, product, commercial and data. The mission statement of this role is for steering the company's programme delivery and operational execution, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered at pace while daily operations run seamlessly.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of strategic programmes, ensuring timely delivery, governance, and risk mitigation within scope and budget.
- Oversee prioritisation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking while driving cross-functional collaboration across teams and partners.
